Monthly Meditation
This monthly meditation is like a cleanser, it will remove the garbage of thoughts that you have been carrying, you will experience total freedom, then nothing will matter, continuous consciousness will begin to happen, you will touch inner peace, the meaning of go within yourself will be experienced.
A meditation is the greatest plunge by the man into himself, it is a jump which takes form into an leap, it is a simple and effective process where nothing is to be done ,it is art of doing nothing, which has no actions, no thoughts , wherein your thoughts are simply allowed to pass without interfering with them ,it is nothing but an expression of total calmness, peace and love, this all comes from the silence of within and it is only in meditation that you can reach the depth of the silence.
Meditation is a simple technique about which much cannot be spoken because it is a matter of experience , it is a state where your body , your mind has nothing much to do, where all the activities come to a Stillness because in meditation while you are completely relaxed , you simply watch your thoughts ,you watch yourself, you watch your being, it is the process of just being yourself, it is a myth that you cannot be taught meditation or you cannot learn it, a master can teach you meditation , slowly by putting an effort you can come into state of meditativeness.
Meditation can also simply expressed by saying it is a process where there is no application of the mind , where there is no thinking , where there is absolutely nothing to do , it is not about concentrating, in meditation you are just simply relaxed in your total comfort and you’re doing nothing, by doing nothing it can be only meant that you are only simply watching your thoughts , thoughts just pass one by one and you do not flow with the thought, one thought comes and goes, the other comes and it goes , you remain simply an observer, an watcher.
Meditation has a calming effect and directs awareness inward until pure awareness is achieved, Meditation can be described as "being awake inside without being aware of anything except awareness itself In brief, there are dozens of specific styles of meditation practice, and many different types of activity commonly referred to as meditative practices .
In the English language meditation is derived from the Latin word ‘meditatio,’ from the verb ‘meditari’ meaning "to think, contemplate, devise, ponder"., Truly speaking meditation has nothing to do with thinking, contemplating or to devise or to ponder, there is no proper translation or meaning of the word meditation in the English language, The Tibetan word for meditation "Gom" means "to become familiar with one's Self", In Buddhism the proper word for meditation is Dhyanam , Dhyanam means meditation which comes from the Sanskrit root dhyai, meaning to contemplate or meditate.
